Sound Healing

Using music as a medicine

Sound healing is a therapeutic practice that uses vibrations and frequencies from instruments like singing bowls, gongs, or the human voice to promote relaxation and balance in the body and mind. The sounds help calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and support emotional and energetic healing by aligning the body’s natural frequencies.

I've been a dedicated Sound Healer since 2013.

It's a very beautiful work, an honorable mission and I love to share all about it.

There are countless ways to walk this path, with many instruments that help open the hidden layers of the subconscious.
My path includes a shamanic approach, honouring the old ways of healing and using what our ancestors left us, including some ancient instruments.

This means it’s not only about subtle and celestial vibrations, but also about embracing the raw spectrum of sounds — like seeds, shakers, the wind, leaves, and the voices of nature itself.

I've assisted shamans from Peru and learned how they move these invisible strings in order to release stuck energies and access deeper places inside of us.

This is the path I chose, it has other colours compared to what I've seen in other parts of the world, like Europe.

That's why I call it Shamanic Sound Healing.
To encourage us all to remember our roots as humanity, and at the same time blending this knowledge with the modern ways and instruments/technologies.

I can choose the organic way or also the hybrid-electronic way.

Shamanic Sound Healing Training

I've been a Sound Healing teacher for many years.

I always thought the world would be a better place with more sound healers in it.

If you ever felt like learning this path from someone with experience in the field,

I can teach you what I know.

You don't need previous experience!
