Welcome to Spa for Your Soul — a Mini-Festival for Inner Nourishment

Imagine two days dedicated entirely to you — your peace, your joy, your inner world.

Spa for Your Soul is a small, intimate gathering designed for those who are ready to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with themselves. Set in the beautiful surroundings of Greåker, Sarpsborg, this mini-festival brings together a handpicked selection of experiences that nourish the body, calm the mind, and awaken the spirit.

Over the course of the weekend, you'll have the freedom to choose your own journey — whether that means losing yourself in a Sound Journey, flowing through Meditative Dance, opening your voice in a Singing Circle, deepening your practice through Guided Meditations, or expanding your awareness in one of our Workshops like learning to play the singing bowls. Every activity is an invitation, not an obligation.

Fuel yourself with cacao, fresh smoothies, and matcha, while a warm vegetarian lunch and dinner are included each day. This is a fully alcohol-free space.

With a maximum of just 12 participants, this is truly an intimate experience.

Whether you're joining us for the day or staying overnight (accommodation with breakfast available!), we'd love to hold space for you.
