1. Parties
The seller is Ruy Hinostroza Sipkes, org. no. 936048838, Sarpsborg, Norway, email: ruhinostroza@gmail.com, and is referred to as “we” or “the seller” in these terms.
The buyer is the person placing an order on our website, and is referred to as “you” or “the customer” in these terms.
2. Payment
Payment is processed securely via Vipps MobilePay or other accepted payment methods at checkout. The full amount is charged at the time of purchase. All prices are stated in Norwegian Kroner (NOK) and include VAT where applicable.
3. Delivery
Musical instruments and physical products: Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Tickets and event access: Tickets are delivered digitally to the email address provided at checkout, typically within a few minutes of purchase.
Courses and music production services: Access details, schedules, and instructions will be sent to your email address after purchase is confirmed.
Sound therapies: Booking confirmation and session details will be sent by email after your purchase.
4. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the Norwegian Consumer Purchase Act (angrerettloven), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us clearly before the 14-day deadline by sending an email to ruhinostroza@gmail.com stating your name, order number, and that you wish to withdraw.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:

Digital products (tickets, digital downloads) that have already been accessed or downloaded

Services that have already been fully performed with your prior consent

Customised or personalised products made to your specifications
5. Returns
If you wish to return a physical product (e.g. a musical instrument), please contact us at ruhinostroza@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the item. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or incorrectly delivered.
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days.
6. Tickets — Cancellation and Changes
Tickets for events, concerts, and festivals can be cancelled or exchanged subject to the following conditions:

Cancellations requested more than 14 days before the event are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations requested between 7 and 14 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund or a credit note.

Cancellations requested less than 7 days before the event are not eligible for a refund unless the event is cancelled or postponed by the organiser.
To request a cancellation or change, contact us at ruhinostroza@gmail.com with your name and order number.
If an event is cancelled by us, all ticket holders will receive a full refund.
7. Courses — Cancellation and Rebooking
Courses can be cancelled or rebooked under the following conditions:

Cancellations made more than 7 days before the course start date are eligible for a full refund or free rebooking.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the course start date are not eligible for a refund but may be rebooked once at no extra charge, subject to availability.

No-shows without prior notice are not eligible for a refund or rebooking.

8. Music Production Services — Cancellation
For music production services, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session to receive a full refund. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the service fee. Completed sessions are non-refundable.
9. Sound Therapies — Cancellation
Sound therapy sessions can be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice for a full refund or free rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will not be eligible for a refund. Completed sessions are non-refundable.
10. Complaints Handling
If you are not satisfied with a product or service, please contact us as soon as possible at ruhinostroza@gmail.com. Include your name, order number, and a description of the issue. We aim to respond to all complaints within 3 business days and will do our best to find a fair resolution.
11. Conflict Resolution
If we are unable to resolve a dispute through direct communication, you may bring the matter to:

These terms of sale are governed by Norwegian law.
